The month of April has looked like this:
1st - about 6 miles of a crappy "long run"
4th - Crossfit
5th - 3.8 miles trail run
6th - Crossfit
9th - Crossfit
10th - boot camp work out
Tomorrow I'll be at Crossfit again. Sunday, I have a half marathon. Yikes! I'm excited for the beer after. There had better be some left by the time I finish.
Maybe I'll rest Thursday and Friday.
